How to order, request samples or open a trade account

Our contact form is the simplest way to start a project or request samples. Please include the product name, colourway, measurements and your province or city. Photos of your space or a floorplan help us advise on fit and mounting options.

If you are an interior designer, architect or fitout contractor needing trade pricing or bulk quantities, let us know about your project and timelines. For sample loans, please specify which felt products and finishes you want to see. Samples can be collected by appointment at our Woodstock studio, or sent out for a refundable deposit.

Installation, care, returns and lead time guidance

We deliver and install across South Africa. Before installation, check that walls or floors are dry, dust-free and level, and let us know about any power cuts, lifts or access issues. Our team can advise on site preparation, fixing methods and how to care for each felt type.

Wool felt and polyester acoustic felts each have their own cleaning needs. Vacuum or brush regularly, spot clean with the right method, and avoid heat or wet storage. Returns are possible for unused standard items, except for custom cuts or made-to-measure goods. Typical lead times vary by product and finish: ask us for up-to-date timing, especially for larger or multi-site projects.
