Borrow samples from Felt studio to see, feel and compare textiles in your own space before you decide. Here’s how our sample loan and return process works.
We loan textile samples so you can check colourways, texture and thickness against your finishes and light. Most clients collect from our Woodstock studio or one of our appointment bays, but we deliver samples nationwide if you cannot visit in person.
You may borrow loose swatches or, for items like Acoustic Panel Felt or Desk Mat Felt, a full panel sample to check edge detail and thickness. Please handle samples with clean hands and keep them away from pets, food and smoke to avoid damage.
Samples are for short-term decision making. If you are comparing several options, let us know your priorities: sound absorption, colour match, durability or something else. We will help you choose the best fit for your project.
To help us help you quickly, give us as much detail as possible. This allows us to prepare the correct sample size and type, and to check availability.
Send your message through our contact form with the support topic set to 'Sample loan' or 'Sample return'. Attach photos if you want advice on matching to a specific wall, floor or colour.
We will confirm sample availability, how to collect or arrange delivery, and what to expect when you return the samples. If you proceed with an order, we will note your chosen textile and finish for your project file.
Goods that are cut or made to your size are not returnable for a change of mind, as set by the Consumer Protection Act. Standard samples and unused stocked items may be returned by arrangement, provided they are clean and undamaged.
