We deliver and install felt across South Africa, packing each order to protect your textiles from damage in transit. Lead times depend on your item and are confirmed on your quote.
We take care with every felt order, as handling can affect both appearance and fit. Long and flexible items like Softline Wall Felt or runners are rolled face side out on a sturdy tube to prevent creasing. Panel goods and trays are flat-packed with protective board and foam corners, so edges arrive crisp and unmarked. We never fold felt, as sharp folds can leave a permanent line.
For smaller items and samples, we use trusted courier services with tracking and support. Wall panels, partition screens and ceiling clouds in main centres are delivered by our own installation team, who carry the right equipment and fixings. Larger projects outside the metro areas are shipped by road with a freight courier, carefully scheduled to avoid delays.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the felt itself, note this clearly on the delivery note before signing. For items that look damaged after unboxing, take clear photos of the fault and the packaging and send us a message straight away using our contact form.
Felt textiles should be stored flat or left rolled, away from damp or direct sun, until fitting. Avoid storing felt in plastic for more than a few days, especially wool felt, as this can trap moisture and invite mustiness. For best results, unpack and install felt soon after delivery.
Felt goods are made to order in our Woodstock cutting studio or sourced from trusted mills. Lead times vary: simple desk mats and trays can often be ready sooner than bespoke wall felt, banquette wraps or large cloud installations. Each quote sets out the expected lead time for your specific items.
If your project involves site installation, we will contact you to arrange a fitting date once your order is ready. We install in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha and most large towns. Please let us know if you have tight deadlines, so we can confirm what is practical before you place your order.
