When you send us a message, please tell us about the project or room: what it is used for, any noise or wear concerns, and how many people use the space. If you know which textile or felt product caught your eye, mention it by name. Floor or wall measurements make it easier for us to advise on quantities and best fit.
Clear daylight photos of the room are always helpful, especially if you are working with existing finishes or particular colourways. Please include which city you are in, so we can sort out logistics, installation and site visits if needed. If you are working towards a move, launch, or handover date, sharing your timing helps us plan with you.
You are welcome to visit our Woodstock sample library in Cape Town if you would like to see our felt colourways and textures in person, or need help deciding. For those outside Cape Town, we offer appointment bays at Rosebank in Joburg, Canal Walk (Century City), Gateway (Umhlanga), Menlyn (Pretoria), Tyger Valley (Bellville), Brooklyn Design Square (Pretoria), and the V&A Waterfront (Cape Town).

For projects needing a closer look, we can arrange a site visit to measure up or check fittings, especially if you are planning a fitout, renovation or a larger open-plan area. You will always have a single point of contact to guide you from samples to installation and aftercare.
