Sample desks across South Africa

How to use our showrooms for felt samples

Our eight locations let you see, touch and compare our felt textiles in person. The Woodstock studio is our main space in Cape Town, with the full sample library, workspace, and a cutting table where you can talk through details with our textile team. It is ideal for deep dives into products, custom cuts or tricky site questions.

Our other seven bays sit in major malls, with display racks and sample sets for hands-on review. Here, you can check thicknesses, finishes, and colours up close. Both studio and mall bays are open by appointment only. Bring photos and rough measurements of your space, plus details such as wall shapes, seating plans or floor finishes. This helps us advise on which felt product and colourway will work best, whether for offices, clinics, schools, or home spaces.

At any bay, you can borrow physical swatches to compare at your site, or collect ready-cut samples for architects, designers, or owners to review with clients and project teams.

Booking an appointment and what to expect

To visit any of our bays, simply send us a message through our contact form. Let us know your preferred location and what you would like to view, whether it’s wall felt, acoustic panels, seat cushions or other items. We’ll arrange a time that fits your schedule and confirm what to bring along.

Appointments give you focused time with our team to feel samples, discuss installation details, or solve technical questions about fitting, cleaning, or compliance. You can also pick up any pre-arranged sample sets at your chosen showroom. If you’re in the Eastern Cape or Mpumalanga, we can send sample packs out to Gqeberha or Mbombela by courier, but visits in person are the best way to judge colour and texture.
