Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal details with care. Here’s how we collect, use and protect your information under POPIA.

What personal information we collect

When you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and any address details you choose to share. Your message and any attached photos or drawings of your space are also collected so we can assist you with samples, site visits or recommendations.

We do not collect information from you automatically as you browse our pages, but the Ask AI and WhatsApp chat buttons on our site are run by third parties who operate under their own privacy terms.

How and why we use your details

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange samples or visits, and organise delivery or installation. We might contact you to clarify your needs or to confirm details about your space, finishes or site access.

We share your address and contact details only with our installers or trusted couriers where needed for deliveries or site visits. Room photos or drawings are handled with care and never published or used in marketing without your written consent.

How we store and protect your information

Your messages and any attachments are stored securely by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock. We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to help you, arrange your order, or meet legal requirements.

Once your project or enquiry is settled, your details are archived or deleted after a reasonable period. If you have asked for samples only and do not proceed with a project, your information is removed after six months unless you ask us to keep it for longer.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can object to how we use your details, or withdraw consent for us to keep them, unless we need to hold records for legal reasons.

If you believe your privacy rights have been affected, you have the right to complain to the Information Regulator. To raise a request or concern, please send us a message through our contact form and we’ll help you directly.
