Designers and contractors often ask about specifying felt goods for walls, ceilings or joinery, what fire and acoustic data we can provide, and how to plan site visits or sample loans. We are used to working with trade projects in homes, offices, hospitality and schools, from a single banquette wrap to a full acoustic wall scheme.
If you need to match an existing sample or colour, we advise sending a photo and requesting a swatch from our library. For custom sizing or shaped pieces, we can work from your measured drawings or site notes. Our felt can be cut cleanly to size without fraying, and we guide on fixing options for each textile.
To make your support request easy to action, please include the right details upfront. This means less back and forth and helps us get the right swatches or advice to you quickly.

We review your enquiry and match it to one of our textile or fitout specialists. If you have given enough detail, we will prepare a written quote or a swatch pack for your next step. Sometimes we need to phone you to clarify a few points before we can confirm options or costings.
For trade clients, once you sign off our quote and drawings, we cut or make your goods to order, then organise delivery or installation anywhere in South Africa. Goods cut or made to your size cant be returned for a change of mind, but the Consumer Protection Act does cover defective goods unless your business is over the R2 million threshold.
