Install

Get advice and support for installing your felt panels, screens or soft goods. We help you plan, prepare the space and check your site is ready for a smooth fit.

Common installation questions answered

We’re often asked about measuring up, site preparation and who should fit our felt goods. For most home or office projects, our team or your regular contractor can handle the installation. We give advice for fitting on masonry, timber, glass or drywall, and help you choose the right fixing method for your situation.

Site readiness is key. Walls and ceilings should be dry, clean and smooth before fitting any felt product. Power tools may be needed, so check for hidden wiring or pipework. If you’re fitting in a clinic, school or public space, let us know about building regulations, fire requirements or working hours, our team can advise or work with your contractor on these points.

What happens after your enquiry

Once we have your details, our team gets in touch to talk through your project. We may suggest a site visit, studio appointment or video call, depending on your location and project size. We confirm measurements, help you choose fixings, and talk through any technical or care questions.

For larger sites or custom fittings, we can arrange delivery and installation anywhere in South Africa. If you are buying as a business, please note the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to juristic buyers with high turnover or assets. Goods cut or made to your size cannot be returned for a change of mind, so we’ll always double check your requirements before cutting or making anything.
