Both our Woodstock sample library and Rosebank appointment showroom keep loan sets. Whether you’re planning a new build, a fit-out, or just freshening up a room, borrowing samples makes it easier to compare options side by side.
The sample loan card tracks which samples you have taken, when you collected them, and where they are going. It helps us keep our range available for everyone, and helps you record details for your records.
When you collect samples in person, fill in your name, contact number, company name (if needed), the samples you’re borrowing, the date of collection, and the location they’ll be used in. Sign and return the card with the samples, or let us note the return when you drop them back.
Try your felt samples in daylight and under artificial light, and check them against paint, curtain and floor finishes. Give them a gentle brush or vacuum if dusty, but never wash or cut them. If a sample is damaged or you spot a defect, tell us straight away via our contact form so we can replace or update it.
Before ordering, return the samples and card so we can check in the set. If you notice colour or texture differences when your final order arrives, compare with the sample you used and let us know, natural felt can have slight batch variation. We’ll help sort out any real issue before fitting.
