Felt studio continues to fit out clinics and school libraries across Gauteng with acoustic felt panels, custom screens and soft finishes for quieter, more comfortable shared spaces.
We have recently completed several acoustic felt installations for clinics and school libraries throughout Gauteng. Large rooms with hard flooring and busy footfall tend to echo, making it tricky for staff and visitors to concentrate or hold private conversations.
Softline Wall Felt and modular Acoustic Panel Felt help absorb sound in high-traffic areas. Our team recommends panel spacing, wall coverage and screen placement based on each room’s use. For clinics, keeping noise down in waiting rooms or corridors supports patient privacy and focus, while in libraries, reducing noise helps learners and teachers work in comfort.
We supply and install flexible felt goods designed for real-world use: clip-fixed wall panels, partition screens, entry mats and desk trays. These felt products are easy to wipe clean and do not fray at the cut edges, which means they last well even with frequent handling.
For school libraries, our Partition Screen Felt lets you zone quiet study areas or break up large open rooms without building or drilling. In clinics, we often fit ceiling clouds and runners to soften the noise of foot traffic and trolleys, and we always work with site managers to coordinate safe access.
Our Woodstock sample library is open by appointment for design teams wanting to compare felt finishes in person. We also have showroom bays in Joburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Umhlanga for quick look-and-feel checks.
We always confirm product details, such as thickness, composition and mounting method, on the written quote, so your fire consultant or project manager can review fire and acoustic test info. If you’d like to discuss a specific project, send us a message through our contact form and we’ll get in touch to organise samples or a site visit. Its useful to bring a floor plan or photos when you start planning felt coverage.
