The install window card is designed for anyone fitting felt panels, screens, clouds, or wraps, whether you are an interior designer, architect, project manager, school caretaker or homeowner. It is a single-page checklist that covers what needs to be ready before, during and after an installation.
Clear communication between the client, site team and Felt studio is key for a smooth install. This card helps everyone see at a glance what needs to be prepared, what dates to expect, and who is responsible for each part of the process.
The card is set up with spaces for you to fill in your project details and critical checks. It can be printed or completed on a phone or tablet before site work begins. Filling it in as you go means fewer surprises and less confusion on install day.
Before you order or confirm fitting, use the card to walk through the space, note any issues, and share it with your Felt studio contact. If something is not ready, like paint not dry or access blocked, update the card and reschedule as needed.
Keep the completed card handy during the installation. After fitting, tick off what was done and note anything needing attention, such as snagging or cleaning.
